Poker Table Construction

This is the cut table top attached to the folding table. Cut out of a single sheet of 4x8 MDF.




The railing is a five inch oval out of a single piece of MDF with an inch lip for stablization.




This is the underside of the table with the folding table attached with about 40 gazillion screws and liquid nails.




Test fitting the railing, just for kicks.




Sprayed standard 3M spray glue to table top and affixed 1/4" foam padding to table top.




Stapled felt to the tabletop. No glue involved allows for refelting as needed.




Glued 1" foam padding to the rail for comfort.




Stapled black vinyl around foam padding. Roughly 1200 staples holding the vinyl on. Overkill?? Nah...
